On 24th March, 2023, at the Old Assembly Block, Hon. Evans Kusi Boadum was happy to have met the Staff of Sunyani West Municipal NHIS and some nurses / doctors for the first time at their end-of-year review meeting-2022.
In the address of Hon. Evans Kusi Boadum, he accepted to have been aware of some of the difficulties and / or challenges the nurses / doctors and the NHIS providers were going through, but what they should have also known was that the Government in collaboration with
the Assembly was also doing its best to meet them halfway.
Nevertheless, he admonished the nurses and doctors especially to always give out their best to patients who visit their health facilities.
In the light of the above, he reiterated that the nurses especially should count themselves blessed for being employed and posted to the Municipality and contribute their best to the progress of NHIS in the Municipality.
