THE SUNYANI WEST MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY IN COLLABORATION WITH THE ZOOM LION GHANA, UNDERTAKES-FUMIGATION EXERCISE TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 VIRUS.
In order to prevent and control the spread of COVID -19 epidemic in Ghana. The Sunyani West Municipal Assembly in collaboration with Zoom Lion Ghana, undertake a fumigation exercise in the Sunyani West Municipality aimed at preventing the spread of the dangerous Covid 19 virus in the Municipality.

The Sunyani West Municipal Assembly has Distributed Hand paper Towels, Liquid Soap, Hand Sanitizer, Veronica Buckets complete with a stand, Basins, Litre bins to major Markets, Institutions and some public places within the Municipality. This was to encourage hand washing in a bid to curb the spread of the corona virus.

This meeting has been very necessary and urgent following the recent outbreak of the COVID 19 in the country. There is a need for the Municipal Rapid Emergency Preparedness Response Team of the Sunyani West to Strategize and Plan ahead in case there is any positive case.
